We believe we succeed when a candidate becomes a valued team members and a job becomes a life-fulfilling career. This goal extends first and foremost to our employees. We understand that our employees’ happiness is the key ingredient to our overall success.
As such, we have worked hard to create a culture that effectively combines work and fun. We regularly compete in company-wide cornhole and ping pong tournaments, but at the same time believe hard work and dedication should be recognized by giving out Kermit Awards to employees who create the “Wow” experience. We offer employee training and development, while also encouraging our employees to take time off in order to give back to the community.
Greene Resources also works hard to create a culture that strongly advocates for lifelong learning. 85% of our recruiting and human resources teams are professionally certified, earning certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute or Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) certifications through the National Association of Personnel Services. Through comprehensive training and development, we ensure our employees remain the best in the business.
