Job Description

Due to experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a committed Phone Screener to support our clients' hiring needs by recruiting top talent for their organization. Successful candidates will have the ability and drive to support high volume recruiting efforts. This is a short-term contract position with the opportunity for extension.

Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals within entry to executive level positions
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to research and learn current and new sourcing and recruiting practices and trends
  • Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member
  • Drive and passion to connect candidates and clients and make the best match for both
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; must be able to establish priorities and work independently
  • Capable of handling and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working within a database
  • Dedication to meeting goals and ability to work over-time hours to contribute to recruiting efforts and management for large projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to maintain effective documentation in accordance with company policies and SOP's

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Other Requirements

  • 1+ year work experience (experience with coordination, scheduling and recruiting is a plus)
  • Outstanding organization & project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Able to exercise good judgment and solve problems with confidence
  • Able to support fast-paced recruitment activity in an ever changing environment
  • People-oriented, up-beat, and friendly
  • Professional demeanor – able to represent the company at all times
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, willing to pitch in and help out whenever needed
  • Ability to work independently or with limited direction
