Job Description

PeopleSoft HR Techno/Functional Consultant comprehends business requirements for system development and modifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works with end users to design technical solutions in line with business needs, staying consistent with application architecture
  • Participate in alignment of strategic and financial plans between IT and business
  • Participate in formal service level, initiative and financial review meetings with customers and respective IT partners
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and knowledge of risks, opportunities and services available to build a competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration or related

Other Requirements

  • 8 + years Technical/Functional PeopleSoft HR experience (Payroll HCMS, SQL, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PS/Query and Application Engine)
