Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Training and Implementation Specialist . The Training and Implementation Specialist (TIS) is responsible for application training, creating internal processes and workflows for enterprise staffing software. As new releases occur the TIS will test, document and train on system and process changes. System support for internal employees, clients, contractors, applicants and vendors will be an on-going responsibility for the TIS.

Job Responsibilities

  • Educate and maintain knowledge of all internal job-specific functions and tasks in order to make recommendations on process improvements, potential workflow modifications and reporting requirements
  • Identify application training requirements by conversing with management team or conducting needs analysis
  • Provide application support for internal employees, clients, contractors, applicants and vendors
  • Field questions surrounding workflows and SOPs from internal staff
  • Create and maintain training course documents for in-house, applicant, contractor, client and vendor dashboard for enterprise software
  • Amend and revise documents as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur with internal processes and/or new system releases
  • Coordinate, schedule and conduct application training for new hires and current employees
  • Respond to applicant questions as it pertains to the application and field basic technical questions
  • Facilitate and execution of monthly training schedule
  • Periodically analyze and evaluate effectiveness of training courses
  • Internal testing and evaluation of new system releases

Education Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
