Our client, a recognized leader in retained executive searches has an immediate need for a highly motivated Research Associate to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The Research Associate plays an integral role in the search process. He/she will be involved in the entire value chain of the search process from assisting in the identification of business development opportunities through the executive search process to the closure of an assignment. Working closely with individual recruiters, he/she will have significant exposure to client organization and candidates.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting or sourcing executive talent. 
• Minimum of 1 -2 years recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to use the latest technologies and recruiting tools to identify key contacts.
• Proficiency in and a passion for networking to identify top talent.
• Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member.
• Understanding of business and information technology processes.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
