Our client is seeking a contract Project Manager to manage their Human Resources/Benefits related projects.  There are a number of initiatives within HR that will require significant coordination and planning across MIS and throughout the organization.  These efforts include but are not limited to:

• HR Job Title/Structure Changes
• HR Support for Acquisitions
• OASIS Assessment/Implementation regarding use of Employee Types

There are a number of active projects related to HR and the individual must be coordinated with the new projects.  The PM will also work with HR to define a roadmap for prioritized HR projects requiring MIS support. 

IT is actively involved in several initiatives that are generating projects of sufficient complexity to require assignment of a project manager.  These initiatives include:

• Large and/or high visibility ASP customers- CJLEADS, Macys, and Kohl’s are good examples
• Work with R&D on the creation of grid solutions as "appliances"
• Enhancement of the RACE Cloud environment to support R&D
• Enhancement of PERC and MIDAS to support the Change Management requirements of ASP and the newly published ISD PSOP Policy and Standards

NOTE: The projects require a combination of project management, business analysis, and systems architecture skills.

Job Requirements:

• Oracle Business Suite- candidates need to have had a focus on the HR side of this application. Some HR and finance exposure is fine as well. The manager is not interested in candidates that have only had manufacturing exposure to this application
• 8-10 years of solid PM experience required with a large IT shop
