- Recruiting employees;
- Developing SOP’s for the screening and hiring process;
- Increasing production numbers and consistently reviewing this with individual employees;
- Reducing turnover and tracking turnover percentages by department weekly;
- Management By Walking Around and receiving daily feedback from supervisors and employees;
- Completing employee performance evaluations;
- Completing service evaluations;
- Designing ongoing training and development programs;
- Overseeing employee orientation;
- Processing payroll;
- Maintaining employee relations;
- Disbursing paychecks;
- Administering benefits;
- Generating management reports;
- Maintaining employee database;
- Completing rehire and terminations; and
- Additional human resource functions as necessary.
