  • Management By Walking Around and receiving daily feedback from supervisors and employees;
  • Completing employee performance evaluations;
  • Completing service evaluations;
  • Designing ongoing training and development programs;
  • Overseeing employee orientation;
  • Processing payroll;
  • Maintaining employee relations;
  • Disbursing paychecks;
  • Administering benefits;
  • Generating management reports;
  • Maintaining employee database;
  • Completing rehire and terminations; and
  • Additional human resource functions as necessary.
