Greene Resources Introduces the Customer Experience Division

Greene Resources is committed to putting people first. This is one of our founding principles and it still holds true today. We serve three customers: our client, looking for the right person to grow their team; our job seekers, looking for their next purposeful career step; and our internal team, filling needs while growing in a fulfilling career. While these three customers have different needs, we view them all as equally important. 

To better serve the needs of these three customer groups, Greene Resources is thrilled to introduce our new Customer Experience Division! Previously our Implementation Team, the Customer Experience team has grown to include a Customer Experience Specialist and a Marketing Specialist, all dedicated to ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

“I love finding solutions – sudoku, crosswords, who keeps taking all the Kiwi LaCroix from the work fridge? Process development is a jigsaw puzzle where pieces are scattered all around the house. Jigsaw puzzles are frustrating, difficult, and time-consuming but so very satisfying to complete. I am always so excited when I contribute to a process that solves a problem for any of my customers – clients, candidates, and coworkers!”
