Position: Industrial Electrician / Field Foreman
Location: Raleigh, NC (projects within a 150-mile radius)
Pay: $30 to $32/hour
Experience: Industrial electrical experience required
Education: High school diploma or GED
Type: Full-time; Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 4x10s, Monday–Thursday (6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM)
Greene Resources is seeking an Industrial Electrician / Field Foreman to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform electrical installations and maintenance in industrial environments
- Lead and direct helpers and field personnel
- Install and run EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit
- Size wire, conduits, enclosures, and circuits appropriately
- Support facility upgrades, equipment relocations, and process control systems
- Interface directly with customers and provide excellent service
- Travel to customer sites as required
Position Requirements:
- Industrial electrical experience
- Understanding of motor controls and facility power systems
- Ability to correctly size wire and electrical components
- Blueprint and schematic reading ability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background screenings; no felony convictions
- Willingness to travel within a 150-mile radius
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Professional, safety-focused, and efficient
