Position: IVF Nurse Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $35-$45/hour, depending on experience 

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; women's health, OB/GYN, or IVF experience required 

Education:  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (ability to work rotating weekends - every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

Greene Resources is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description: 

1. Provide telephone triage and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
2. Educate patients on fertility treatment protocols, procedures, and medication administration
3. Coordinate patient care and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and APPs
4. Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support throughout treatment cycles
5. Assist with maintaining efficient clinic workflow and patient scheduling
6. Support clinical and minor procedures as needed in both clinic and procedure suite settings
7. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards
8. Foster a positive, compassionate experience for patients and families

Position Requirements:    

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
2. Women's health, OB/GYN, or IVF experience required
3. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
4. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
5. Strong patient education and communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. BLS certification
2. Experience in reproductive medicine, women's health, fertility, IVF, or ambulatory care settings
