Position: Manufacturing Systems Coordinator

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $21 to $23/hour + 10%shift differential

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or systems support (or equivalent experience in IT).

Type: Full-time; Contract (Long-term)

Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm


Greene Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!  

 

Job Description: 

  1. Create, manage, maintain, and activate user accounts in the Wareconn system.
  2. Generate and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP), production output, and shipping reports.
  3. Upload, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production workstations within the Wareconn system.
  4. Review monthly shipping data to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Support engineers and production leads in troubleshooting operational and system-related issues.
  6. Act as a point of contact for the Wareconn system usage, ensuring effective communication across production, warehouse, and warranty teams in China.
  7. Collaborate with international teams, including China-based partners, to support after-sales service processes.
  8. Identify and help address inefficiencies in production and warehouse workflows.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirements:   

  1. Mandarin Chinese speaking required.
  2. Familiarity with ERP, MES, or similar operational systems.
  3. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  6. Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools.
